Message Tags to ManyChat Pro

Hi Fandy, Message Tags and One-Time Notifications (OTNs) are powerful features. They are some of the few methods that ManyChatters can use to reach their contacts after the 24-hour window has closed. That power, though, comes with the responsibility to learn how to use these features in compliance with Facebook's rules and regulations. We admit that learning how to use Message Tags and OTNs compliantly has its challenges and can be easily abused. Over the past year, we've seen many ManyChatters get their accounts warned or blocked because they've used these features incorrectly. Over 90% of Tag violations come from ManyChatters on our Free plan. But, we've also seen many chat marketers who have invested their time with ManyChat to learn Facebook's policies and use these features with no problems. As such, we are going to move Message Tags and OTNs to ManyChat's Pro plan in an effort to keep the Messenger ecosystem healthy for all. Starting February 11th, new customers to ManyChat's Free plan will not be able to use Message Tags or OTNs. On February 25th, all Free plans, including existing ManyChat customers, will no longer be able to use Message Tags or OTNs.
